TLC Fund Assistance

The expenses of medical treatment add up quickly, especially for transplant and immunocompromised patients who must stay in Seattle for extended care. To help ease this strain, Transplant House offers below-market housing and additional support through our TLC Fund, so families can focus on healing rather than financial stress.

Medical care is costly, especially for transplant and immunocompromised patients who must travel to Seattle and stay for weeks or even months at a time. Finding safe, short-term housing near major hospitals can feel overwhelming and out of reach. At Transplant House, we help ease this burden by offering fully furnished apartments at below-market rates—providing a stable, comfortable, and affordable alternative to hotels or vacation rentals.

Through our TLC Fund, families who demonstrate financial need can receive additional support, ensuring that no one has to choose between life-saving medical treatment and having a place to call home during recovery.
