Celebrating 20 Years
Join us as we celebrate 20 years of Transplant House! Join us for good food, warm hugs, shared stories and the community that makes it all possible! BBQ gathering will be on the outdoor patio. Questions? Give us a call!
Trunk-or-Treat
Join us for our first Trunk-or-Treat! Transplant House and University Unitarian Church are partnering together to host a neighborhood gathering for Halloween in the UCC parking lot! Please dress up, and if you feel so inclined, decorate your trunk! All attendees will be voting for their favorite trunk and the winner will take away a spooky prize! We will also be collecting non-perishable food items for our Food Pantry. See you there!
Rock Painting
Join us for a fun and relaxing rock painting activity! Come and get creative, unwind and connect with others. Supplies will be provided, just bring yourself!

Valentine’s Door Craft Day
All Transplant House guests are invited to join us for a Valentine’s door craft day! Stop by to grab supplies and decorate your door with festive Valentine’s décor for February. Please have all doors decorated by Wednesday, February 4th, so families can enjoy them and vote for their favorites. We can’t wait to see your creativity!

Gingerbread Village Decorating Contest
Kick off the holidays with our first annual Gingerbread Village Contest! Families may request a complimentary gingerbread house kit from Transplant House staff by Monday, November 24th, 2025. Kits will be ready for pickup/delivery on Wednesday, November 26th. Decorate your house in the comfort of your apartment - choose any fun theme you like - and return your finished creation by Friday, December 5th. All entries will be displayed in the atrium for community voting all December long. The winning house will receive a festive holiday prize!

Stringing Joy: A Holiday Garland Gathering
Join us for a cozy afternoon of holiday crafting! We will be making beautiful, old-fashioned garlands using popcorn, cranberries and dried oranges. A perfect way to welcome the season and enjoy time together!
Whether you are a skilled crafter or simply looking for a warm, relaxing activity, all families and visitors are warmly invited. Come connect with others and create a festive garland to brighten your apartment this holiday season.

If you are unable to join us in person, we are happy to prepare a take-home garland kit for you to enjoy in the comfort of your apartment. Please contact our office staff no later than Monday, 11/17 by 4:00 PM so we have time to prepare your grab bag.

Get ready for a spook-tacular afternoon of Halloween Bingo, with treats, prizes and festive fun! Join us for some lighthearted competition and seasonal surprises. Come in costume for a chance to win a special prize! Can’t join us in person? No problem! If you’d still like to take part, call us by Wednesday, October 29 by 4:30 PM, and we will arrange to bring a bingo card and treat bag to your apartment so you can join in from home. We can’t wait to see your costumes and call out some winning numbers!

If you’d still like to participate, call us by Monday, September 22 by 4:30 PM, provide the best email address (for the Zoom Call) and we will bring a Bingo card to your apartment so you can play from the comfort of your home! Let’s play and make it a memorable afternoon together!

Join us for a sweet treat and good company! We’re hosting an Ice Cream Social for all patients, families and visitors. Come cool off with ice cream and connect with others in the Transplant House community. Can’t make it but still would like to participate? Let us know by Wednesday, 8/27/25 by 4:30 PM and we will set some ice cream aside and deliver it to your unit the next day! We hope to see you there!

Pie Gathering
Join us for a sweet afternoon filled with good pie and great company! A chance to relax, connect with other families and our team and enjoy a little treat! Can’t make it? No worries, we’d still love for you to enjoy a slice of pie. If you are unable to attend but would like pie delivered to your apartment, please give us a call by Monday, August 11th by 4:30 PM, and we will bring the pie to you the next day! We hope to see you there!
