Together, We Make Healing Possible
Every gift of time or resources makes a meaningful difference for patients and their families. Together, we can provide safe housing, nourishing meals, and a community of care so families can focus on healing—not housing.
Why Your Support Matters
Every donation and volunteer hour directly touches the lives of patients and their families. Your support helps provide safe, fully furnished apartments just minutes from Seattle hospitals—ensuring that families can focus on healing, not housing. Volunteers offer everything from warm meals, assistance with hosting events, essential supply drives and community service projects which help us create a welcoming community that reminds families they’re not alone.
Thanks to the generosity of donors and volunteers, Transplant House of Seattle now operates over 60 apartments, including units reserved for families receiving care at Seattle Children’s Hospital. But the need continues to grow. With your continued support, we aim to expand housing, enhance wellness services, and offer even more moments of connection and comfort. Together, we can build a future where every transplant family in Seattle has a healing place to call home.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
-
Make a Donation
Your gift provides safe, affordable housing for families facing medical care. Whether it’s a one-time or monthly donation, sponsoring nights of care through the TLC Fund, or leaving a legacy with planned giving, your support sustains our apartments, services, and community. Many employers also match gifts, doubling your impact.
-
Shop our Wishlist
Help keep our apartments stocked and welcoming by shopping our curated wishlists. From pantry staples to linens, cookware, and cleaning supplies, every item you purchase ensures families have the comforts and essentials they need. You can also host a wishlist drive to multiply the impact.
-
Volunteer
Lend your time and talents to support transplant families. Volunteers prepare meals, host events, lead supply drives, and contribute to community service projects that make families feel cared for and less alone during their stay.
Businesses and community groups are vital to the mission of Transplant House. Through sponsorships, donations, and volunteer events, local partners help ensure families have a safe, welcoming place to stay during critical care. From funding nights of housing to hosting drives or assembling welcome baskets, every partnership expands our ability to serve more families with compassion.
