Guest Reflections
Dear Transplant House Staff -
After a long day of packing and preparing for my last departure, I sit and reflect on the past one and a half years. When we arrived in Seattle, I was absolutely terrified. I didn’t know which way to turn or where to go. Then I met you all. You not only greeted us with warmth and smiles but you gave us a home in a whirlwind of unknowns. Your warmth, smiles, kind hearts and friendship also gave us a sense of family. Through the darkness, you brought light in so many ways. Your kindness and generosity will forever be remembered. Being here at my home away from home has brought some laughter, adventure, fun and a sense of security. We will always cherish those moments. We hope to see you again, just under different circumstances :)
Thank you,
Tara and Jayden
